• Legal Notary Journal: As required by Georgia law, we maintain a secure Notary Journal. This contains a record of the act, your name, and the ID type presented. This record is a legal requirement and is kept physically secure.
• Document Privacy: We do not keep copies of the documents we notarize. Any digital files received for printing/review are deleted immediately following the appointment.

No Selling of Data: We never sell, rent, or lease your personal information to third parties.
